How To Start A Social Media Detox

In this episode, I discuss what led up to me wanting to throw my phone out of my window and get off social media cold turkey. The realizing that probably wasn’t the right way to go about it either. I was feeling overstimulated and exhausted, so I put some systems in place to curb that,. I started researching why people want to take a break from social media, and the FOMO that comes with it, the benefits, and how taking a social media detox is "the new normal".
