How To Make A Vision Board for Manifestation That Works
They work By Using the power of visualization and keeping what you want at the forefront of your mind. Vision boards offer visible, present, constant reminders and also activate the Reticular Activating System, or the RAS, of your brain. I did an entire podcast on the RAS of the brain and how vision boarding works with it and your subconscious.
Listen to this podcast where we discuss how to make a board
To make a vision board, you will need a poster board, magazines or images, scissors, glue, and markers. First, think about your goals and aspirations. Then, cut out images and words that represent those goals from magazines or print them - you can even use Pinterest or make a digital board. You can use magazine clippings, printouts, photos, words, and mementos. You place your vision board in a prominent location where you can see it daily and be inspired by your aspirations.
For us what works the best in the workshop is we write everything down so we can really see it and ask ourselves a lot of questions about what we really want. Then from there, we create the visual. The written is a huge component too because it should focus on how you want to feel or don't want to feel anymore and not just on material or what you want, there should be room for it to sort of expand and move. When you're intentional the subconscious part of your brain is activated making it connect to your conscious mind.
