September Share : Reset & Start Over However Many Times You Must

The month of September for me feels like a fresh start ↓

I guess a lot of things feel like a fresh start to me cause I need that. The idea that we can reset it if we want, that whatever happened yesterday doesn’t define us if it wasn’t our best day. The hope that you are not as good as today if today was not so good…or this past month or week, or year..or last two years. ok you get it. So if it’s New Year’s Day, My Birthday, The Summer Solstice, Lunar New Year, or even September, they all give me checkpoints of checking in, looking back, and seeing how I want to move forward.

This month I’m focusing on some of my personal routines around health, “the practical”, and sort of a no-bullshit approach. I’m not going to approach the Fall the way in which I did the Summer. I had all these grand expectations for the Summer..like it was going to solve all my problems and magically bring me joy without me having to do much work - and yeah well I think we know how that goes. My body, my mind, and honestly my soul were not ready for my grand plans, instead, I need to detach, rest, and recalibrate myself. So my mindset for the Fall is going to limit my expectations, and continue to be present. If I get resistance on something I’ll sit with myself and figure out why that is, and if I need to walk away from it or shelve it for a bit that's what I’ll do. And I’m writing this all here so I have it when I need the reminder or in case you do too.

  • WRITE DOWN 3 GOALS (BOTH LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM) - HOW CAN YOU APPLY MORE DISCIPLINE AND STRUCTURE TO YOUR LIFE TO ACHIEVE THESE GOALS? WHAT BAD HABITS NEED TO GO IN ORDER FOR YOU TO HAVE MORE STRUCTURE AND FOCUS YOUR EFFORTS?

JOURNAL:

  • WHAT CAN I GIVE MYSELF SPACE TO HEAL FROM SO I DON’T FEEL STUCK AND CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH ALL THE THINGS I WANT FOR MY LIFE? WHAT HAVE I OVERCOME? WHAT DO I NEED TO OVERCOME? WHAT ARE MY INTENTIONS FOR THE NEXT SIX MONTHS?

  • "I analyze all of the positive about my abundance, I am open and ready & worthy of more”
